Got through security fairly easily seeing as that I have more electronic gear than necessary. The rack of InEar monitors we are flying weighed in at 70 pounds, 20 over the alloted weight. Simple $25 fee and on the way. I've got a metallic breifcase full of IEM beltpacks in my checked in suitcase, lets see how they deal with that during the x-ray. Where to start?

Last midwest tour was a blast. Had some good times with the Clumsy Lovers. Good shows in St.Louis, Chicago, and Denver among others. Had to do another cross country drive from Denver with Clif and it was home again for about a week.

Had the fourth off which was very nice. After thar some rehearsal time with Carlos then off to the Cape Cod/Plattsburg shows. Fun weekend with the premieres of a bunch of new tunes. I'm on song 173 of my initial 212 song mix for the drive home. I think we're on our 9th tank of gas, costing us approximately $450 so far. I've seen less traffic in the last day that I do in a good afternoon in DC.

There is ALOT of Texas. And ALOT of nothing in that alot of Texas. I'm not sure why any part of the world is overcrowded because there is PLENTY of room in Texas alone for expansion.

I'm in Columbia, Missouri now, 882 miles away from Harrisonburg VA. It's 2:13 am Eastern time. 1:13 here. Terry and I both logged about 7 1/2 hours behind the wheel today. I've officially tripled my time driving the van. ITs fun now tho with our new stereo with auxiliary in. I've got an iPod dock velcroed to the center console and hooked up to the stereo and a Belkin autocharger.
